Wind Blade Test Facility Opens at Clarkson University

The Center for Evaluation of Clean Energy Technology (CECET) and the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) joined Clarkson University in announcing the grand opening of a new Blade Test Facility.
