In the chapter " Energy", are the same strung investment objectives, taken copy-paste from any other previous government programs, some projects have been announced since 15 years ago, but have not submitted at all.
We learn so that authorities will " get involved " in Constanta – Trieste oil pipeline, although two of the four countries that were part of the initial project receded since a few years ago: Italy and Croatia. Similarly, the document is referred to " resume the partnerships for power plants Galati, Braila and Borzesti " achieving nuclear reactors 3 and 4 at Cernavoda, pumped storage hydro – Lapustesti Tarnita, Constanta and AGRI LNG terminal and cable eternal project submarine from Romania to Turkey.
That although these projects are only at the stage of intentions, has not been done anything concrete so far. Moreover, is speaking about hydro Tarnita since 1972 !
According to the document, the aim is for Romania to become a regional power pole.
