Find out now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\tAvantajele pentru agricultura au fost analizate de catre Attila Kovacs, presedintele Asociatiei Europene de Biogaz: \u201cIn Romania este o economie bazata pe agricultura si productie.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\tAmbele au deseuri de gestionat si solu\u021bia este biogazul. Europa a adoptat deja directia catre biogaz si biometan, transformand o problema de mediu intr-o solutie. Exista mai mult de 7.900 MW de biogaz, raspandit in 14.600 de proiecte, care au creat 69.000 de locuri de munca. Romania are mai putin de 10 de proiecte.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\tExista mari diferente intre tarile din Europa de Est si restul Europei si nu o spun ca o ofensa. In Romania sunt milioane de tone de deseuri care ar putea fi procesate pentru producerea biometanului. Subprodusele si deseurile pot produce combustibil pentru agricultura\u201c.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<strong>10.000 de ha asigura energia termica pentru 50.000 de locuitori<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\tUn stimulent pentru fermierii romania ar putea fi reprezentat de beneficiile producerii culturilor energetice si a biometanului, prin utilizarea deseurilor. Laurentiu Baciu, Liderul LAPAR, sustine faptul ca tara noastra are capacitatea de a furniza celor interesati de astfel de proiecte aproximativ 15 milioane de tone de deseuri agricole.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\tDe asemenea, liderul fermierilor a mentionat dorinta de a instala in ferma panouri solare, dar acesta a renuntat. Motivul este reprezentat de plata curentului electric in avans pe o perioada de 10 ani.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<strong>Fermierii vor plati pentru managementul deseurilor<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\tNoile directive ale Uniunii Europene implica sanctiuni de 80 lei\/tona (de la 1 ianuarie 2017) si 120 de lei\/tona (de la 1 ianurie 2018) pentru deseurile ce nu vor fi tratate, iar fermierii au posibilitatea de a evita aceste costuri prin prelucrarea acestora.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\tDe altfel, producerea de bioenergie prezinta si urmatoarele avantaje: dezvolta mii de locuri, un mediu curat, o forma de energie de baza, economii semnificative prin diminuarea importurilor de combustibili fosili si vom dobandi o forma de independenta din punct de vedere energetic.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\tImportanta biomasei si a biogazului este subliniata si de secretarul general Copa Cogeca, Pekka Pesonen: \u201cAcum este momentul ca Romania sa implementeze ceea ce restul Europei a facut in anii anteriori si vom fi aici pentru a sprijini acest progres, care ofera multe beneficii pentru toti cetatenii\u201d. De asemenea, acesta mentioneaza cu mandrie faptul ca si in cel mai mic catun finlandez se produce biomasa si biogaz.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<strong>\u00a0Posibilitati de finantare<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\tDirectorul Retelei Nationale de Dezvoltare Rurala, Bogan Alecu, a explicat ce posibilitati va aduce noul PNRD 2014-2020: \u201eSunt trei masuri de finantare care pot dezvolta, pe langa ideea de afacere initiala, si o componenta in energie regenerabila in biomasa si biogaz. In cadrul proiectelor viitoare depuse vom avea ca tinta dezvoltarea acelor instalatii de biomasa si biogaz care produc pentru consumul propriu al respectivei afaceri.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\tMa feresc sa spun ferma, pentru ca avem si domenii non-agriole care pot accesa masurile de finantare\u201d.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<strong>O noua lege in sectorul de biomasa si biogaz<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\tPatru ministere colaboreaza pentru dezvoltarea unei legi\u00a0 in sectorul biomasei si biogazului. De asemenea, o comisie parlamentara lucreaza pentru elaborarea noii legi\u00a0 a energiei termice.
