\n\tLast week,<\/span> Chancellor Angela Merkel's<\/span> government<\/span> began<\/span> preparing<\/span> a law<\/span> to<\/span> limit the use of<\/span> hydraulic fracturing<\/span> only<\/span> in<\/span> rare<\/span> cases<\/span>, unlike<\/span> the U.S., where<\/span> it<\/span> is often used<\/span> extraction method<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
