\n\tEnergy Report continues to review renewable energy projects dissolved, limiting us, as in previous articles, projects recently dismantled in recent weeks.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\tAs has been noted in previous cases of dissolution of which I wrote, most investors are foreigners, both for projects in the photovoltaic and wind projects.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\tOne recent wind projects is the Spanish dissolved in Onfalos Renovables, sole Rayfer Windfarms project. The Spanish took the decision to abandon the project in Romania in late March.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\tAlso during this period was dissolved and Tataru wind project in Mangalia, whose members are Germans from Fortwengel Beteiligungs and Jade Capital and Breeze Romanian company Mangalia.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\tTornado Zafir Spanish company, the sole member of Eolo Wind Farm, also decided to abandon the project, stating that Eolo Wind Farm has no tax liabilities or debts to suppliers.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\tAnother recent project was dropped in April is Aeolian Rediu. In this project, the associations are no longer foreigners but three investors from Buzau. The project is part of a series of five potential wind farms, for which local councilors in the town of Galati Rediu have agreed in principle since the spring of 2010. These are Eol Gala\u0163i South, B\u0103leni Eolian, Suhurlui Eolian and Cudalbi Eolian.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\tIf until now talked mostly about wind projects that were based on green certificates obtained as we deliver energy, should not be neglected wind projects that have managed to get all the money at once, from the beginning, through the European funds.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe problem is that, with the announcement last week Viorel Beltechi, IB Director General of Energy (OIE ) of the Ministry of Economy, from now until 2020 at least, wind and solar projects do not receive European funding for Romania who already reached the target on the energy from the renewable resources. And this kind of projects are not few. So far we have submitted to OIE renewable projects to get a non-refundable European funds accumulated 460 million. Thus it is not excluded that in the future we see another series of wind projects that abolishes those of investors who had hoped that if the legislation has changed green certificates quotes , they will obtain European funds.\n<\/p>\n
