\n\tSmartDreamers : How it looks Synopsis educational and professional journey ?<\/em>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIn High school i had a technical profile and its aftermath i have entered Petru Maior University of Targu Mures, specialization Informatics. In 3rd year I decided that all what i have learned there It was’t formy interest in the future and wanted to make certain online marketing. In addition I was not too inclined strictly to programming, so I put college on standby ( is frozen a year) .\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tOn a professional level it started long ago, in 2000 when I got my first computer and a dial – up ” due to which I lost nights ” on the Internet , reading and exploring new things. How I never used a computer for gaming, I just directed to the online environment, the administration of communities ( at the time mIRC ) to create simple websites .\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tBy 2002 I began to make the first\u00a0“pocket ” monay\u00a0 of creating simple websites, sales BNC ‘s ( to know) and a little freelancing on various tasks.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tFollowing global trends and needs of companies by 2004 we made \u200b\u200bthe first steps in the “world ” SEO , a dynamic field where you have to have nerves of steel and to always be ” on a stage ” that is constantly changing. Along the way I met many interesting people and learned a lot of new things, being involved in various projects, both large and small especially abroad .\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIn addition to SEO I became more interested and captivated by everything that involves online marketing: email marketing , PPC \/ PPM , content marketing, web analytics, etc . and the latest social media marketing.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tCurrently I have a web development and marketing firm online in Catalina, I deal with a few collaborators.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tSmartDreamers : tasks involving projects you’re working on ?\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIn this area there are no plans in the short, medium and long only. Most medium-term projects covers a period between 4 and 6 months and the long term up to 6 months, with no limit defined as the direct and indirect factors that may influence the collaboration.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe budget depends on the type of project and the objectives will be achieved, maintained and increased slowly ( always arise new opportunities for promotion ). Everything is decided according to the budget and ” speed ” ( scale ) that promotes a particular project.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tAn example project is Botezatu online store, for more than a year. We currently implementing a long term strategy by seeking to change almost everything from the “foundation “. Another long-term project I will start next month, which is still on eCommerce, specifically on high-end jewelry.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tSmartDreamers : How is a typical day at work ?<\/em>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tSince I work on a project basis, every day is different. Usually start by reading industry news from various websites and blogs specialized check developments, respond to engagement created various social networks etc. Then I check my calendar to see what specific actions I have to do (depending on each project ). Also in the agenda i have :\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Customers currently work with\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Customers who contacted me a day ago\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Customers who are in dialogue with a view to concluding a contract\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tBasically I am open to any project, large or small, because every business ( small or medium ) should receive the same quality of online marketing as a big company.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tSmartDreamers : What are the advantages and disadvantages of your job ?<\/em>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tDepends on how you look at it. Being connected 24\/24 on all device pins ( smartphone , tablet , laptop ) and ready to fulfill certain tasks regardless of time, not having a fixed schedule for each category can enter disadvantages. But I consider it an advantage over the competition ( firms with fixed schedule , Monday to Friday).\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tAdvantages:<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0daily i meet new people from all over the world\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0learn new things every day\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0is a future job, almost every business has and will need online promotion .\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tDisadvantages<\/strong>: the posture of freelancer can have good periods and less in financial terms.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tSmartDreamers : What extracurricular activities have helped in the current career ?<\/em>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tDuring college I worked in marketing traditional experience that helped me understand the common issues that you have with online marketing .\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe fact that I had the opportunity to travel and work abroad helped me to improve my communication skills ( both online and face to face) .\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tLatest news from the field are find on various blogs and specialized sites that constantly we are watching them, but not only. Another important source of information is the content distributed to the influential people in this niche.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tAt a marketing conference\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tSmartDreamers : What skills should possess an aspirant to such a career ?<\/em>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tLike I said above, it is very important to like what you do. A good canditat such a job would be:\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0smart\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0aware of ” trends ” in social media\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0open-minded , willing to learn every day\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tWould need to develop the ability to ” connect ” things intuitively , because it does not work ” mechanically ” .\n<\/p>\n

\n\tSmartDreamers: In terms of educational and professional ?<\/em>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tUnfortunately, in Romania there is no faculty or courses in this field as in the USA and UK , and the cost is exorbitant .\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe good news is that if you inclination to the field, you can learn from home ( basic knowledge ) .\n<\/p>\n

\n\tBecause to us is a fairly new field, most companies are hiring entry-level, so you have the chance to learn along the way. But most important is to like it ! If you really like it, almost any skill that you need can be improved by exercise, or acquired along the way.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tWhat would you do if you were at the beginning of your career?\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Do not start out with preconceived ideas.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Do not be afraid of new situations .\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0To believe in themselves and in their dreams.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0To do what they like, because that can achieve a balance between personal life and job.\n<\/p>\n
