\n\t\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Romania has notified the European Commission to amend the legislation on green energy, although the Emergency Ordinance amending the support scheme for renewable energy is applied from July 1.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Minister for Energy, Constantin Nita said that informal notice was sent to the Competition Council. However, the enactment was not been notified to the European Commission.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 “We sent informal notification on July 17 by the Competition Council, but to see if notified of all law, or just the targeting large consumers.
