\n\tThe installed capacity<\/span> in renewable<\/span> energy<\/span> power plants<\/span> certified by<\/span> the National Regulatory Authority<\/span> for<\/span> Energy (<\/span>ANRE<\/span>)<\/span> to<\/span> promote<\/span> green certificate<\/span> system<\/span> came<\/span> last year to<\/span> 4,350<\/span> MW<\/span> from<\/span> 2,300<\/span> MW<\/span> in<\/span> 2012,<\/span> with<\/span> 1,000<\/span> MW<\/span> more than<\/span> the<\/span> authorities<\/span> expected<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\tThis year<\/span>, authorities<\/span> anticipate that<\/span> will be put<\/span> into operation<\/span> 1,400<\/span> MW<\/span>,<\/span> and this year<\/span> will<\/span> add another<\/span> 1,100<\/span> MW<\/span> to a total<\/span> of<\/span> 6,850<\/span> MW.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t"<\/span>The capabilities<\/span> mentioned<\/span> were<\/span> considered<\/span> the<\/span> breakdown of<\/span> production technology<\/span> and<\/span> capacity factors<\/span> resulting from the<\/span> analysis<\/span> of<\/span> monitoring<\/span>," according to<\/span> background<\/span> note<\/span> of a draft<\/span> government decision<\/span> issued by the Ministry<\/span> of Economy and<\/span> Energy<\/span> Department<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe<\/span> 4,350<\/span> MW<\/span> installed by the end<\/span> of last year<\/span> equips<\/span> 395<\/span> photovoltaic parks<\/span>,<\/span> 77<\/span> small hydro<\/span>, 73<\/span> wind farms<\/span> and<\/span> biomass<\/span> plants<\/span> 14<\/span>.<\/span> Romania<\/span>'s<\/span> energy<\/span> production capacity<\/span> is of over 20,000<\/span> MW.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
