\n\tfrom the point of view of the Ministry of Culture, the project can be made.<\/span> <\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tOn the side of conservation and value in the eyes of experts Ministry of Culture and obviously mine as proprietor of the resort, there is no problem. <\/span>Never in the history of 100 years of Romanian archeology have not invested so much money in this project. <\/span>If this project would be in Parliament presented by Ministry of Culture the early operations were ok. <\/span>In terms of technical expertise, heritage issues are in the best conditions and within the legal framework. <\/span>On the basis this is true expert analysis there is no problem "( infra " Declaration Barbu – B1 " )<\/span> <\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\tHowever, representatives of professional organizations fore and cultural heritage, ICOMOS Romania, Romanian Academy, Europa Nostra, the International Union of Architects, the European Council of Architects, Order of Architects of Romania, the Union of Architects of Romania Foundation ProPatrimonio Association "Architecture,<\/span> <\/span>other classicists [3 ] – have repeatedly warned of the danger of the Rosia Montana patrimony is if you encouraged mining project and approve as in Declaration Barbu – B1, will be initiated .<\/span> <\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tAccording to the unanimous opinion of fore and organizations mentioned, patrimony in Rosia Montana , whose value is recognized by law and by the Romanian State (Law 5\/2000) , [5 ] including its inclusion in the List of Historical Monuments, [ <\/span>6] will suffer irreversible damage after performing RMGC Mining Project that encouraged him and approve your public demonstrating that by Barbu – B1 Declaration you are in a full and serious contradiction with those views and at the same time the Romanian law .<\/span> <\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\tTherefore we ask :<\/span> <\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\t1. <\/span>Is exhaustively to nominate experts of the Ministry of Culture in the statement you refer to Barbu – B1 and publish the names and their contact at the Ministry of Culture. <\/span>These specialists, through their expertise, legitimizes the destruction of the cultural landscape and historic environment represented by RMP, therefore is of national interest as they are known by the scientific community and international and all Romanian citizens.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t2. <\/span>• Ministry of Culture to nominate experts who participated in the committee which drafted " with agreement" ;<\/span> <\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tBarbu – B1 emphasize that statement shows that you, as Minister of Culture, ignore the responsibilities that occupy the position requires : you do not observe the scientific opinion of specialists in heritage of the most important forums and professional organizations <\/span>profile, which would legitimize their refusal of this mining project, or at least, you would be able to determine – if you did not face strong political impact of an attitude of rejection – an attitude of absolute restraint to the project RMGC<\/span>. <\/span>Furthermore, Minister of Culture, you make decisions in protection against culture and heritage of Rosia Montana, relying proof to the contrary, on pseudo- scientific views on superficial conclusions of transparent working committees.<\/span> <\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\tThus , Minister of Culture, through the statements made by you Barbu – B1 you placed among those working to destroy the heritage of Rosia Montana. <\/span>Your Support to Romanians that are ready to entrust priceless heritage of Rosia Montana Mining Project promoters RMGC , to those who are responsible, among other things, the destruction of 150 traditional houses in Rosia Montana, those who propose to <\/span>accept the destruction of priceless heritage represented by Roman galleries, close your eyes before irreversible destruction of a fundamental historical average for the country.<\/span> <\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIgnoring scientific advice in the field of opinion prestigious professional organizations in the field of cultural heritage and your attitude hostile to the scientific reality of the Rosia Montana communicated to a wide range of Romanian and international scientific community that the presence of Yours to the Ministry of Culture is <\/span>a real threat to Romanian culture for identity and national security.<\/span> <\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\tTherefore , we , the signatories of this , inter alios scientists in the field of archeology, history of art and architecture, historical monuments and art restoration,<\/span> <\/span>\n<\/p>\n
