Unique project: two homes – one house
So lovely are for me are old Romanian households, where you see not one but several buildings, each with a specific function: one is the main house, which is generally the bedrooms, the other is the kitchen, while the other (if any) have storage functions, pantry or animal shelters.
The house that I decided I will present today was built on the same principle, except that not in our country but also much further, in Peru, and therefore has an architecture totally different, that attracted me moreover.
Because it is located in an area that is always warm, the complete separation of the living area of day and night is not disturbant: the distance between the living room with kitchen included three bedrooms and a bathroom is not disturbing, regardless of the year.
I love this idea of complete separation of the two main areas of interest, this configuration ensures full privacy of bedrooms and the possibility of relaxing in the living room, without being stress as you destroy the childrens or parents rest if you have the music louder or laugh out loud during a chat with friends.
The living area and kitchen, held on an area of 68 square meters, was built on the portion tallest land, while the night area of 67 sqm, with a covered terrace, large, was located on the valley. As you can see from the images, the two places are linked by a paved driveway, easily crossed.
I wonder, however, why it was thought only one bath. The 68 square meters living room and kitchen were taking more than suffice for planning a bathroom to serve this area. Curious .
Colors that are going to your heart.
But what am I saying ? Look at the pictures and tell me if I'm wrong.
So i will not go into details, and let you discover Casa Chontay ( because it was named like this ) with your eyes to see what interesting form has, pleasant and harmonious and how beautiful it integrates into the surrounding landscape.
